Today for lunch I mixed some grated carrot, spring onion, tofu and bean sprouts in a bowl with a little mushroom soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Scooped it up into lettuce cups and topped them with crushed peanuts 🍃 was so tasty and fresh!
